DELICATA Squash taste like a sweet potato and is an easily grown winter squash. The vines produce many (5 6 fruits per vine) cream colored green striped oblong fruits about 3″ (7.5 cm) in diameter and 6″ (15 cm) long. The squash weighs 1.5 2 pounds (.70 .90 kg).
